Goddamn it took me a long time to see this movie. I mean, Chris Nolan is my favorite director, Cillian Murphy is my favorite actor (and also hot), and Ellen Page is another favorite actor. AND it's about dreams and espionage and psychology brain stuff. There are a ton of interpretations and a few plotholes (depending on your interpretation) but I found an article that mentioned a few major ones. www.cinematical.com/2010/07/19/dissecting-inception-six-interpretations-and-five-plot-holes/Spoilers in the article, obviously. So what's your interpretation? And was it a total mindfuck for you, or just sort of interesting?

I read plenty of things that said youll need to see it atleast twice in order to understand exactly what happened, but I was able to follow it no problem the first and only time I watched it.
Great movie though, I thoroughly enjoyed it.

Mm, I liked it too. It was unlike anything I'd seen before, which I appreciate immensely. Clever and original. Two very good characteristics.

Yeah I understood it the first time around too. Don't think I'd gain anything from watching it again. Clever and original, as you said Gabby, though I'm more interested in the concepts involved than the movie itself.

Im assuming that the movie critics think the general public is a bunch of mornons...
...Theyre right actually.
Uh yeah, I really like the concept of stealing secrets in dreams. And the whole thing with the trips or whatever theyre called. Really good stuff.

Lol, it took me a while to see this too, and I honestly do not understand everyone who says that the movie was really confusing and have to collaborate with others to get it. But then, I have problems understanding why middle schoolers can't get simple geometry, so maybe I'm not the best one to talk.
On the other hand, the entire movie was great, and that last plothole in the article can be explained by the fact that Saito said himself that he was not in direct control of the company yet, and that his faction was planning to stage a coup of some sort to gain the leadership, which could explain why Fischer didn't recognize him. And when he sees him inside the dream, well, it's an effin dream. Seriously, he wouldn't have even noticed the floor tilting and the rain outside if Cobb hadn't explicitly told him.
