PARMESAN CHEESE! DO WANT!
I loooove Parmesan cheese. I wonder if that's what my brain REALLY is? Crumbly cheesy goodness?

Cheeeesy goodness... You know what other cheese awesome? Gorgonzola. But the name > the taste

Doesn't that kind.... you know... smell funny?
Then again, I've never tasted what cheese aficionados would call "real" cheese.

I like sharp cheddar. I have simple tastes. *shrug*

Mozzarella is really the best all around...oh...but there's asiago too...and pecorino Romano....and I must admit I have a soft spot for brie in my stomach...and also...gruviera.
I was born into a world surrounded by cheese.

Gorgonzola? Hmm I don't know if it does... it might smell strong but I dunno...
I just love cheeses. I don't remember the differences between many specific ones, but my dad loves cheeses so he's always like "Hey come here and try this..."

Gorgonzola does smell pretty pungent. I like it though. Stilton is the really stanky cheese though.

AGH, SO THAT WAS IT. That name, I recognize it... Stilton cheese, yes! O_O;
Actually, I need to try a cheese plate sometime soon. Seriously, I'm cheese-deprived in many ways.

I went to Trader Joes today and they had three types of cheese there... I had my dad taste each and guess which they were and he got them right. O.o
They were Irish Cheddar, New Zealand Sharp Cheddar, and Gouda.
I love cheddar. And now I'm craving cheese. And it's one in the morning. :/
